How to receive email alerts at an address different from your US Visa Portal email ID
Notifications are usually sent to the email address registered with your US Visa Portal account. To receive alerts at a different address (subject to approval), send us an authorization email from your US Visa Portal email address.
Please send an email from your US Visa Portal email address to support@checkvisaslots.com stating "send email alerts to <your_personal_email_id_here>. My Access Code is XXXXX;"
Authorization Approval Scenarios:
- For B visas, when the email address registered with the US Visa Portal belongs to a parent, alerts can be sent to the payment email address.
- For H visas, when the US Visa Portal email address is a work email address, alerts can be sent to the payment or personal email address.
- For F visas, when the US Visa Portal email address is a work email address, alerts can be sent to the personal email address.
