You can change the email ID on your own, if you have purchased the subscription by following the steps below.
- Install the "Check US Visa Slots" chrome extension and log-in with your access code
- Log in to the US Visa portal and go to the appointment schedule page to make contribution
- Go to CheckVisaSlots subscription page - you will see a popup with a message "Incorrect US Visa Portal Email ID"
- You can change your US Visa Portal email ID and email-alert address. Make changes as you wish and click "Save"
The criteria for the contributions must be coming from the Visa Portal Email ID ensures two things
- The Visa Applicant is registering for alerts not an agent
- Visa alerts are sent to that register Email ID not to a random third person
