Short Answer: Yes
We believe US consulate takes good measures, for all countries, to provide its perspective international students get their US visa appointment for 2 prime seasons (Fall & Spring). Honestly, we don't think students NEED the slot booking assitance from us or infact from anyone. The visa appointments will be released in bulk and available for everyone.
Below are most common period when the bulk appointments are released across the globe
Fall Admissions - majority of slots between mid May & July end majority; extended upto mid August
Spring Admissions - majority of slots between mid November & Jan 1st week; extended upto mid January
