Does the slot availability depend on the number of visa applicants in the account?
The visa appointment calendar is dependent on the number of applicants in the profile AND also the visa type of those applicants.
Use Case 1: Multiple applicants in the account - all same visa type
Lets say you have 2 dependents in the application and 1 primary applicant, total of 3 applicants in the account. To show slots availability in your account there has to be at least 3 slots available. In the below screenshot of 1-applicant account, you will not see the red circled slots because they have less than 3 availability per slot.
Use Case 2: Multiple applicants in the account - different visa type
Let's say your account has 1 H-1B visa and 1 H-4 visa applicant. To show slots availabilty in your account there has to be 1 H-1B appointment AND 1 H-4 appointment available on the SAME DATE AND TIME.
Example: From the below calendar availability of 2 INDIVIDUAL accounts, YOUR account with TWO applicants will show ONLY one slot available which will be Feb 4, 2024 4 PM (1).
