If we can't get an appointment in your preferences, we will give you 100% refund - no questions asked.

Visa Slot Booking Assistance:
  1. No Refund: If an appointment has already been booked within your preferences, there will be no refund. Any changes needed should go through the rebooking process.
  2. Cancellation within 21 days: We will deduct transaction charges (4%) from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
  3. Cancellation after 21 days or failure to book an appointment: If we are unable to secure an appointment for you before your preferred end date, you will receive a 100% refund.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, reach us at assitant@checkvisaslots.com. All refunds requests will be resolved within 48 hours.
