Visa Slot Booking Assistance:
- No Refund: If an appointment has already been booked within your preferences, there will be no refund. Any changes needed should go through the rebooking process.
- Cancellation within 21 days: We will deduct transaction charges (4%) from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
- Cancellation after 21 days or failure to book an appointment: If we are unable to secure an appointment for you before your preferred end date, you will receive a 100% refund.
