My contributions are not updated

This could be only for a couple of reasons.

If there are Zero contributions on the Profile Page (pro.html):
      - Incorrect Access Code in the chrome extension: Make sure you have given the correct access code in your Chrome Extension. Watch "How to change your access code"
      - Browser Issue: Only desktop chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave) support the extension to its full capacity. Safari (iOS) browser support both mobile and desktop devices. No Android mobile browser support extensions, even Kiwi is half compatible, it wont support uploads.
      - Company Laptop: If you are logging from Organization managed browsers (from company devices), your company might have restricted the uploads. A quick way to test this is contributing from your personal laptop.

If there are Zero contributions on Email Alerts (mysubscription.html): 
      - Incorrect CGI Email ID: To count your contributions towards email alert ranking, then the contributions must come from the CGI Email ID you registered with us. To correct your registered CGI Email ID, please email support@checkvisaslots.com. To receive email alerts to other than a different email ID, we need an authorization through email.

Try resintalling the chrome extension and re-login to the US visa portal and go to appointment schedule page.
