My contributions are not updated

Here are a few quick checks to resolve the contributions issue:
  1. We have 2 browser extensions - one for USVisaScheduling portal and another one for ais.usvisa-info. Make sure you got the right one installed. 
  2. Are you contributing from office laptop? Office networks maybe limit the chrome extensions functionality. Try it from personal laptop.
  3. Are you on desktop browser? Make sure the extension is updated. or Reinstall the extension. Give the correct access code.
  4. Are you on mobile browser? - Only Firefox addon support the new visa portal.
Alerts Plan Users: If your contributions are in the normal contributions but not counted towards alert rank, then this is because you are contributing from a different email ID than what you registered with us.
